If you are in Brisbane North or the eastern suburbs, we will be honest with you — we may not be the right fit, and we would rather refer you to a provider with a closer team than promise services we cannot consistently deliver.

Do you cover all of Brisbane?
No. We focus on Brisbane South — the suburbs adjacent to our Logan and Ipswich operations. Brisbane North and Brisbane East are outside our reliable catchment. We will tell you upfront if your suburb is one we cannot service well.
Do you have SIL homes in Brisbane South?
Yes. See the SIL Brisbane page for current details. Most placements are in suburbs adjacent to the Logan border — Acacia Ridge, Sunnybank, Calamvale.
Can you cover Inala and Forest Lake reliably?
Yes. Inala and Forest Lake are part of our active service area with workers based locally. These are also two of the highest NDIS-participant suburbs in Brisbane, so demand is steady and we have a strong worker presence.
Are you familiar with Brisbane's larger NDIS provider market?
Yes. Our coordinators work in Brisbane and know the broader provider landscape — plan managers, allied health, specialist accommodation. Where you need a provider we do not offer, we can usually point you to someone reliable.
Can you support participants who use multiple providers?
Yes. Many of our Brisbane participants have us for one or two services and other providers for the rest of their plan. There is no requirement to bundle. Our support coordinators are also experienced at coordinating between multiple providers.
