Who We Are
Superior Quality Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Redbank Plains, with support workers and coordinators across South East Queensland. We were started by people who have spent years inside the disability sector and saw, up close, the gap between the support participants are promised and what often actually arrives at their door.
That gap is what we exist to close. The work is not glamorous — most days it is showers, school runs, grocery shopping, and the slow patient work of helping someone learn a new skill. We do that work well because we hire people who actually want to do it.
Our Vision
To be a leading provider of high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered care that enables individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
We are committed to delivering services that are
Person-Centered
Tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each client.
Compassionate
Delivered with empathy, respect, and dignity.
Professional
Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with NDIS guidelines.
Innovative
Continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What We Do
We deliver nine registered NDIS services across South East Queensland: daily personal activities, household tasks, community participation, innovative community participation, supported independent living, group and centre-based activities, travel and transport assistance, support coordination, and daily living skills.
We work with adults of all ages, with most of our participants aged 18–65. Our support workers have experience across physical disability, intellectual disability, autism, mental health diagnoses, and complex care needs. We will be upfront if a referral is outside our experience — sending someone the wrong worker helps no one.
Our Values
- Show up: On time, every time. If we cannot, we call early — never at the door.
- Listen first: Participants and families know their situation better than we do. Our job is to ask, listen, and adjust.
- Stay honest: About what we can do, what we cannot, and what your funding will and will not stretch to cover.
- Keep it consistent: Same workers, same routine, same standard of care. The relationship is the service.
- Treat people like adults: Even when we are helping with the most personal parts of someone's day, the participant is the boss.
Our Team
Our support workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Yellow Cards, First Aid, and CPR. Many have qualifications in disability, aged care, mental health, or community services. We invest in ongoing training because the sector keeps changing, and so do the needs of our participants.
Our support coordinators are experienced in navigating the NDIS plan review process, complex care arrangements, housing transitions, and provider conflict resolution. They speak plainly, document everything, and can usually get back to you the same day.
NDIS Registration
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Our registration covers the services listed above. If you are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed, we can work with you. We can provide our registration number and audit details on request.
Where We Work
Our office is in Redbank Plains. Our support workers are based across the regions we service, so most participants get a worker who lives within twenty minutes of them. We cover Redbank Plains, Logan, Ipswich, Toowoomba, and Brisbane South.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long has Superior Quality Care been operating?
We have been delivering NDIS services in South East Queensland for several years. The team grew out of direct experience in the disability sector — we have seen the system from the inside, which shapes how we work today.
Are your support workers employees or contractors?
We employ our support workers and provide their training, supervision, and insurance. That gives us full responsibility for the standard of care delivered, which is how the NDIS Practice Standards expect a registered provider to operate.
Do you have experience with complex care?
Yes. We support participants with high physical care needs, complex behavioural support requirements, mental health diagnoses, and acquired brain injury. We will be honest with you if a particular care need is outside our current experience and refer you on if needed.
Can I tour a SIL home or meet a support worker before signing up?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. For SIL, we organise a meet-and-greet at the home and a trial visit before any move-in. For other services, we are happy to schedule an introduction with the worker before the first shift.
How do I make a complaint?
Talk to our manager directly — most issues are sorted that day. If you would rather raise it externally, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544. We will give you their contact details and never push back on you for using them.
